Eddie is an Experience and Design Practice Lead. For over a decade he has led teams at the confluence of strategy, interaction and brand narrative; building award winning digital products across multiple geographies, design disciplines and industry verticals.
Eddie’s most recent experience centres around the Financial Services and Digital Strategy space working in both consultative and client-side roles for Australia’s ‘Big 4’ banks along with Deloitte Digital’s consulting practice.
He was a core member of the Senior Leadership Team within CBA UXD (Commonwealth Bank of Australia) where he led and managed a large practice of cross-disciplinary designers in a broader team of 100+, at both strategic and product delivery levels.
Currently acting as Principal at Penny Red – a start-up design consultancy currently focusing on the governmental and financial services space – Eddie brings a unique and unfalteringly honest view on what it takes to be a successful digital product designer in today’s hyper-competitive design market.
