Greg Bernarda works with individuals, teams and organizations on strategy, innovation and transformation. His work focuses on aligning individuals and communities behind their purpose and facilitating the design and launch of products, services, and business models. He works one-on-one with clients and draws on a network of partners for complex engagements. His frequent collaborators include organizations such as IMD, Strategyzer, Lift, and Codesign-it.
In 2014, he co-founded the sustainability retreat ‘Noé’ in Evian, France, and in 2015, the ‘Lift:Lab’ open innovation accelerator in Geneva, Switzerland. Both ventures run annually. Greg is also the co-author of the bestselling book ‘Value Proposition Design’ (Wiley, 2014), an advisor to sustainability consulting shop Utopies in Paris, and of the Joint US-China Collaboration for Clean Energy (JUCCCE) in Shanghai. Before creating his practice, Greg worked at the World Economic Forum from 2000 to 2008, engaging members into initiatives to address global and industry challenges.
