Michelle is an independent consultant who has over 17 years’ experience assisting businesses with
their strategic and operational change needs, using a practical change management approach gleaned
from a project/program management background. She has worked across a variety of industries
including government, education, health, transport, media and financial services.
An organisational culture specialist, she is incredibly passionate about & constantly fascinated by
what underpins workplace cultures, and how culture manifests differently across & within
organisations. Michelle uses human-centered design within cultural change programs to help
businesses create a future culture state where employees feel supported and engaged with the work
they do. As a workshop facilitator & coach, her style & approach challenges others to question the
obvious and move beyond what’s expected.
Michelle is also an enormously curious post-grad research student (USyd) who’s spent the past 3
years exploring why we haven’t made a lot of ground in having more women in leadership. She’s still
working on this, but thinks she may have found some new insights…
