Hi everyone, I am a recent Service Design MA graduate. (French, UX BA) and come from a background iof 15+ years in the restaurant industry. I was initially drawn to service design for its holistic and collaborative approach. I love being able to use my diverse experience to approach problems with creativity and a fresh perspective. I am especially interested in bridging the gap between research and design. Identifying and translating the insights into strong design criteria for the most impactful solutions. Also using the data and insights to identify compelling data stories to be used in storytelling to foster stakeholder understanding and support. I love to hike, ride horses, cook, travel and I am very passionate about French culture and learning French.
