An alumni of India’s premier design school (NID), Devika started her career in the early 90’s, and has more than 23 years of experience working as a researcher. After spending the first half of her career working as a researcher at Yahoo, Infosys and HFI (Human Factors International), she founded a micro-research consultancy, Anagram Research in 2011. Through Anagram Research, Devika currently leads collaborative and quality-focused research consultation and training for Indian and international clients. Devika endeavors to raise the bar for user research in India by building and strengthening the Indian research community.

Vinish Garg is an independent consultant who works with product teams on the intersection of UX and design leadership, content design and strategy, products, and system thinking. He works with teams to establish the standards and foundational principles of how we work, and how our standards translate into usable, meaningful, and sustainable products. Vinish is a practitioner—and believes is codesiging culture driven experience design practices. He has worked with international product teams in the last fifteen years, and he teaches content design with focus on UX and design, in the masters program in Graz University, Austria.

She is the co-founder and executive director of the Public Policy Lab, the first nonprofit design lab for government in the United States. Chelsea has served as an advisor to dozens of municipal and U.S. federal agencies, and she is an expert speaker at design and policy events worldwide. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
