About
I’m a Service Designer based in Scotland currently working within the public sector leading a small design team. I have also worked in Banking on intense re-design projects. I love bouncing between micro details or service and the overall orchestra of the experience. I’ve recently spent more time in the systems thinking and strategic space, working with colleagues in Policy teams advising them on how to better design services and projects to meet government ambitions.
