My background combines fashion, graphic design, interaction design, and nearly a decade of experience in UX and Product Design.
I'm particularly interested in understanding complex problems, uncovering patterns in research, and connecting human needs with organisational goals. My experience includes user research, concept development, design strategy, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
I'm currently exploring how Service Design, Systems Thinking, and Strategic Design can help organisations improve services and create meaningful change.
