Florian Egger, PhD

I’m Managing Director at Telono, where I help organisations make sense of complex challenges and design better services, products, and experiences for the people they serve. My work combines service design, human-centred design, UX research, facilitation, and strategy. I support teams in understanding people’s needs, aligning around shared goals, and turning insights into practical improvements in services and ways of working. Alongside client work, I provide professional and academic training in service design, user-centred design, and customer experience. I enjoy helping teams, professionals, and students apply human-centred methods in real-world contexts and build more customer-centred organisations in practice.
