About
Prior to being a designer, my first career was in financial services as a registered associate. Initially, my career transition was driven by a pursuit of creative passion. I eagerly jumped into the role of a 3D production artist, working on immersive content for digital planetarium theaters. The progression into UX was a pragmatic evolution where my animation skills found a new home in UI animations, storytelling, and advanced engineering initiatives.
As my proficiency grew as a UX designer, I recognized the value of leveraging all my prior experiences. I brought everything full-circle by embracing a service design approach at the intersect of design and financial services.
I enjoy adding unique value by combining my design skills with my business acumen.
In recent years, I have introduced service design to several Fortune 100 clients within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, banking, and technology teams.
I have a Master's degree in Interaction Design and an MBA, both from the University of Kansas.
