An awarded business and design leader with 25 yrs of proven experience in delivering customer-centred, purpose-driven strategies that drive innovation and create value. Recently served as the National Business Design Facilitator for the Federal Government's AusIndustry Entrepreneurs' Programme (EP), playing a pivotal role in supporting over 120 businesses across industry sectors and showcasing a unique blend of design expertise and business acumen. Additionally, founded and led a nationally recognized design business, chaired a state chapter of AGDA, the peak national organization for the design industry, and after hours, inspired others through 10 yrs of university lecturing.
