I have a background in Industrial Design, Integrated Product Design and Marketing & Digital Strategy, and have lived and worked across five countries. My practice brings together research, systems thinking and participatory approaches to help teams make sense of complex challenges and move from insight to action.
I enjoy connecting people, exploring new perspectives and turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
I'm particularly interested in the intersection of service design, healthcare, organisational transformation and collective intelligence. I enjoy exchanging methods, learning from other practitioners and collaborating on projects that make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
