My work spans strategic projects and hands-on delivery across financial services, luxury retail, healthcare, and entertainment, helping create services that improve how people interact with organisations. What I enjoy most is working with multi-disciplinary teams where different perspectives come together to solve real problems. Whether I’m embedded in-house or working as a consultant, I thrive in collaborative environments that value facilitation, co-creation, and practical design thinking. My approach is simple: listen deeply, think strategically, and design solutions that are both effective and human-centred. I’m especially motivated by agile teams that turn insight into action and deliver meaningful impact for both customers and colleagues.
