I'm passionate about enabling people. I tend to build trust slowly, by listening first. I'm generally an honest person, so as a designer, one of my biggest strengths is being able to create the conditions for honest conversations, regardless of structures or hierarchy.
I care deeply about building trust, sharing what I know and learning from everyone around me, especially my kids.
