With a background spanning service design, UX, information architecture, and innovation strategy, I work at the intersection where technology meets human behaviour and organisational reality. I've led and collaborated in multidisciplinary teams across public and private sectors, from early discovery through to launch and adoption. I bring the ability to frame the right problem, align diverse stakeholders, and design the conditions for change to actually take hold. I combine strategic rigour — including metrics definition and portfolio thinking — with hands-on research and facilitation skills that translate complexity into clarity and momentum. Today I work across a range of sectors and innovation contexts, from project management to consulting including digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives, always with a focus on what organisations and the people within them are genuinely ready to adopt.
