I launch products from scratch and bring them to first customers. My work is grounded in HCD, Design Thinking (IDEO, Stanford d.school), Behavioral Design and Habit Formation. I have experience with enterprise clients across India, UAE and China, complex B2B processes, and on-premise to SaaS transitions. I only work on products that genuinely improve user experience — no dark patterns, no exploitation of psychological weaknesses.
