About Erika

Erika Hall is the co-founder of Mule Design and the author of two books, Just Enough Research and Conversational Design. In her design consulting practice, she helps organizations ask deeper questions and work more collaboratively across disciplines. Her ongoing personal project is identifying new ways to visualize the ethical dimensions of design decisions.
