Hello everyone, and welcome. I'm delighted to introduce Hyun Song, someone I've come to know through the Coaching Community here at This is HCD. Hyun is an exceptional practitioner and thinker, and a valued member of our community — someone who embodies the values we hold as human-centred design practitioners.
