Rachael Dietkus is a leader in trauma-informed design, civic tech ethics, and public interest service design. A licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience, she founded Social Workers Who Design to embed trauma-responsive practices in government, healthcare, and social impact sectors. She was the first social worker-designer at the U.S. Digital Service in the White House. Her work has been featured in Fast Company, Fortune, Design Observer, and MIT Press.
