I'm a Senior Service Designer, currently working at Social Finance UK. I've worked in large consultancies, start-ups and design and research agencies championing a human-focused approach across multiple industries. I'm very interested in services that have to function under pressure, universal basic services, and the transitions that occur in the front- and back-stages of experiences.
