Sada Naegelin
FACILITATE INSIGHT was founded by Sada Naegelin in 2016. Sada is bilingual (Spanish/English) and bicultural (Mexican-American) with nearly 20 years of experience in community engagement, relationship management, and human-centered design. She believes in the power of human-centered design, where the individuals we want to serve (think: employees, customers, community members) are centered in the creative problem solving process. Empathy, collaboration, and iteration are key to developing meaningful solutions.

FacilitationBy incorporating dynamic facilitation activities, tools, and resources, Facilitate Insight designs interactive workshops, meetings and learning sessions. Our creative style engages and inspires participation. Program DevelopmentWe are experienced program managers and understand what it takes to implement successful programs. We create and run programs that meet their objectives, use continuous improvement to create responsive programs, and leverage adult learning and human-centered design to create effective curriculum. Strategic Problem Solving Facilitate Insight leverages the skills and mindsets of human-centered design (HCD) and design thinking. We help teams understand and work through complex challenges, developing solutions that resonate with intended audiences.Leadership & Team Development Facilitate Insight works with leaders and teams to increase self and group awareness, fostering productive relationships, and nurturing collaboration. We help leaders and teams to do better work together.
