[00:00:00] Hey folks, I've got some absolutely amazing and exciting news, about a fantastic collaboration that I'm so excited to share with you right now. Now the one thing about This is HCD that I try and emphasize an absolutely every single thing that I do. Is that it comes from the heart? What you see here with me is exactly who I am and how I operate. Now the life experiences that we have is Changemakers have huge effects on how we see the world. I feel extremely privileged to be able to call Ireland and Australia. My home. But living in Australia, wasn't just any location. It became part of who I am. I am both Irish and Australian. Both countries have their own stories. And I learned so much about myself was to way from the decade and a half. The carefree nature of Australian. or being Australian is really something that myself and my family have carried [00:01:00] through back into our lives in Ireland. I believe this comes from living next to the sea and being able to be around beaches so much. And that connection with nature and seeing firsthand experience, firsthand importance. Of the respect for the elements. The earth whilst living in Australia really led me to where I am today. And I see This is HCD and that respect being one and the same. I've always dreamed of having a small range of merchandise. And I've launched a few ideas here and there over the years, but I've always pulled back. As always, really unable to stand over the ethical impact of things such as sourcing of cotton.

[00:01:39] Now, if I do this, I really feel like it needs to be something that I can be really proud of. And also extend the brand of This is HCD even further. So, let me tell you a story several months ago. I ordered an amazing sweatshirt online. Yes, I'm wearing it right now. And after I ordered it, I connected with Jon and the [00:02:00] team at SUTSU I truly loved the boutique approach of how they deal with each customer. Each garment is not stored somewhere waiting to be purchased in a big warehouse. Each piece is made on demand using the most ethically sourced ingredients. And after I wore the garment, I thought to myself, Why create a new business when you can collaborate together?

[00:02:23] So I'm delighted to announce a collaboration with the team at SUTSU. A B-Corp ethical apparel company that challenges the fast fashion conventions of cheap and low quality garments. I want to walk you through the experience of this journey of creating space for our brands to thrive. Out of a mutual respect for what we believe. Is a better future for all. If you look at what the owner, Jon at SUTSU created. He's created a beautiful set of designs and the really organic and centered around one thing. And that's a beautiful intent. I really liked the [00:03:00] simplicity of the designs as well as how they're transferable into multicolors. As mentioned SUTSU is a B-Corp certified business. So it feels like there's so much synergy there between SUTSU. And This is HCD. The quality is absolutely exceptional. And in an upcoming episode with Jon, the founder, we chat about the pricing transparency on each garment on why this is important and the aim for each garment to have an extended life. Versus the fast fashion approach falling apart after one or two washes. So, again, this is the news. Watch this space folks, I'll be talking about the process of getting this off the ground on my newsletter. The podcast. So be sure to sign up and stay tuned. It's exciting times.
