And if you look at your feed on Spotify or Google or apple or any of those places, You will see that there's been some changes on this as HCD

[00:00:29] Gerry Scullion: first of all, I've been enjoying the summer months over here in Europe, even though it's been pretty miserable. On raining and, we're hoping that things are going to get a little bit brighter. And get some more of the summer sunshine that we love to see. So I have not been releasing episodes as frequently. Over the summer in July and August, but in the background. What we have been doing. Is reworking and recreating. New structures on how [00:01:00] we actually deliver content to the community.

[00:01:04] Gerry Scullion: What I mean by this is we're now moving towards a premium model. And why we're doing this is because we want to create a sustainable model. A business model. That surrounds all of the episodes. And all of the content that we've created over the last six years.

[00:01:22] Gerry Scullion: So a few questions. First of all, what's going to change to the existing setup. Well, you'll be able to access everything that's ever been created. Forevermore. On Toby. this is hate city.com.

[00:01:38] Gerry Scullion: Where you can listen to and read the transcripts. And absolutely no calls, nothing is going to change there. But where there will be a change. Is inside your podcast player.

[00:01:51] Gerry Scullion: You will only be able to get access to episodes released. In the last six months. In your native podcast player, [00:02:00] if you want to get access to absolutely everything. Over 300 hours of what I consider to be world-class human centered, independent content. You will have to subscribe to the premium model. And with that, that's not us being greedy. It's also literally just trying to make the costs to produce this content. Many of you. I know Nova. The reviews and everything. That we look at and see from time to time. Are all very positive. But as we get very close to the 1000000th download.
