The sessions were full of valuable information and inspirational ideas. IÂ learned the importance and dimensions of service design and how we can turn challenges into opportunities to improve beneficiary experiences.
But it didn't stop there. There were real-life examples of successful service design applications from other Government agencies, which inspired me to think of difference ways to apply these concepts in my daily work.
