As a LUMA System Lead and seasoned innovation consultant, I’ve helped Fortune 500 firms, major banks, and government agencies across APAC embed design thinking at scale—training thousands of practitioners, certifying dozens of internal coaches, and delivering measurable business impact.At LUMA Institute, I have designed and rolled out multi-phase learning journeys that shifted teams from “training” to real behavior change—equipping go-to-market squads with the mindset and methods to obsess over customer needs and execute customer-led strategies. Alongside that, I championed MURAL as the AI-powered canvas for remote and hybrid workshops, integrating 30+ LUMA methods directly into our virtual environment to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and decision-making.I am a Certified LUMA Instructor of Human Centred design who leads high-impact workshops, remote or in-person, that spark customer obsession using Human Centred Design.Previously, I honed my strategic skills at Leo Burnett Hong Kong and M&C Saatchi Singapore, guiding brand and product strategy for global clients like Pizza Hut, LVMH Group, and P&G China.
