About DevikaDevika is a user researcher and the founder of Anagram Research. A graduate of the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, she brings over 23 years of experience leading research across technology, consulting, and design environments.In the first half of her career, she worked in corporate settings like Yahoo, Infosys, and HFI, before establishing Anagram Research in 2011 - a micro-consultancy committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality research and training for clients in India and around the world.Devika’s research experience spans diverse geographies and cultures. She has led studies across urban and rural India, giving her deep insight into the socio-cultural fabric of the country.
