Jiri Mocicka is the founding partner and Experience Design Director at GIVE™. He was a key figure in extending the product design offering across R/GA offices from London to Stockholm, Singapore and Sydney, assisting design partner for the 10x propositions. Before founding GIVE™, he devoted my time to a passion for Design at Scale™ that profoundly impacts design delivery across a number of startups and scale-ups. Jiri holds an MA. Design degree with a national prize for design, TEDX speaker, NNg certified Design Manager, ExO –Exponential Organisation Coach, completing his degree in AI and process automation in Oxford. Design mentor at the Design at Scale™. His writing on operational excellence in product design development using automation reached a million readers worldwide.

An award-winning experience design director with 20+ years of experience in Product Design Development, Strategic Brand Direction and Functional Integration. Over the last decade, we've built, led and scaled cross-functional design teams (from 2–50 designs across five different propositions), let alone got a chance to coach 50+ teams in the largest financial institution in the UK.
