I'm increasingly drawn to life-centered design considering nature, ecosystems, and future generations in how we shape solutions. I’m a design leader based in Amsterdam with more than ten years of experience shaping services, strategies, and systems that put people at the centre. I’ve worked across consulting, public institutions, and mission-driven startups, helping teams build design capability, conduct meaningful research, and co-create inclusive solutions.My background is across many design disciplines including graphic design, product design, UX/UI, design ops, service design and design coaching. I’m more and more curious about what it means to design for life and our future on earth. Not just for individual users or business outcomes, but with consideration for nature, communities, and future generations. I believe design is a powerful way to navigate complexity and shape more thoughtful futures. I’m drawn to work that invites collaboration, challenges assumptions, and creates lasting value. I care deeply about helping organisations become more humane, more creative, and more responsive to the world around them.
