I’m a Senior Interaction Designer that works with clients of different sizes, from enterprise level to start-ups. I have a passion for creating multi-channel experiences that combine the digital and the physical.

I have 20 + years experience as an interaction and service designer, spanning both consumer and healthcare brands.I started my career at Abbott Laboratories, working on a variety of multimedia and information design projects. I then moved to the agency side of the business, working for firms such as Digitas, the Interpublic Group, VML, Wunderman and two start-ups.During my tenure with the Interpublic Group, I was the Director of User Experience for the New York office, where I spearheaded the UX effort for a variety of brands including AbbVie, Bayer, Janssen, Novartis, Pfizer, Regeneron and Sanofi across multiple channels.I am a graduate of Illinois State University, where I received a B.A. in Public Relations. I am also an emeritus adviser to the New York Chapter of the Interaction Design Association.
