I am a Service Designer with 8+ years of experience in leading service design, user experience and digital transformation projects across sectors such as public healthcare, inventory and warehouse management, airport experience, education and rural healthcare in Canada and India.

I create current/future state journey maps, service blueprints for digital transformation projects, lead/conduct ethnographic research to understand user experience (pain-points + gaps in expectations), stakeholder interviews to understand business objectives. I also conduct co-design workshops to brainstorm solutions and bring different members of the team on the same page.
