I am a passionate service design professional with extensive experience in human-centered-design, co-creation, community development, and city design. Over nearly 20 years in the public sector, and 6+ years in service design consulting business, I have honed my skills in facilitating organizational change, co-creating innovative services and service operations with a variety of stakeholders and mentoring service design projects. Design thinking and futures design approach drives my work, ensuring me to foster sustainable development and decision making.My interests lie at the intersection of designing of services and community design. Through my work, I have engaged in cross-sectoral collaborations, bringing together diverse groups to foster creativity and innovation but also to ensure that the voices of all stakeholders are heard and valued. I believe that embracing humanity and understanding the social essence of change are the key factors for successful transformation.
