As a mother of two autistic daughters, I live Human-Centered Design daily.I'm a Practical Innovation Facilitator working across public and private sectors.I guide teams through collaborative work that brings clarity and confidence.Together we focus our mindset on what matters most: the people we solve problems for.My approach blends Systems Thinking, Empathy, and a hint of Philosophy.I bring Mindfulness and a Beginner’s Mind into every project I join.Always learning new tools to deepen impact and improve effectiveness.I help teams pause, reflect, and move forward—calmer, clearer, and more connected.

I’m a Practical Innovation Facilitator working with organizations across public and private sectors—on both products and services.I help teams turn complexity into clarity through collaborative processes rooted in Human-Centered Design. My work focuses on three main areas:– Facilitating strategy and HCD workshops - to bring alignment, insight, and momentum– Teaching and mentoring - designers, researchers, and product leaders– Training teams - Creative problem-solving methods, and strategical thinking tacticsI design each process to meet people where they are. Every session I lead is tailored to the team in front of me—what they need, how they think, and where they’re trying to go.Whether we’re prioritizing user needs, defining the core challenge, or generating ideas to address it—my goal is to create thoughtful, focused experiences that lead to actionable, grounded decisions. What I offer most is a space where people can slow down, reflect, and move forward—clearer, more connected, and with intention.I believe clarity, purpose, and impact are only possible when we think and act together. To me, Human-Centered Design isn’t just about products—it’s a mindset, a way of life. It’s how we choose to see, to truly listen, and to stay focused—within complexity—on what matters most: people.*Outside of work, I love writing every morning, sharing ideas and music with others, and (confession) I’ve watched every Marvel Avengers movie at least twice.

I am an AuDHD civil-social engineer with 15+ years of experience designing human-centered systems, mutual aid networks, and low-cost social infrastructures that strengthen community resilience. Communities already possess the capacity to self-organize, care for one another, and distribute responsibility, so long as they are given social environments that make those behaviors intuitive.

Currently working as a Freelance Health and Medical Content Writer, but keen to diversify into other areas of interest and expand . Aside from writing, I am hugely passionate about conducting research (for example, scholarly, qualitative, and quantitative), as well as generally delving into topics surrounding physiology and human behaviour. Interests have expanded into design from various perspectives, including visual, industrial, interior, spatial, and architectural. My ultimate goal is to combine my passion for health and wellness with design, in some capacity. I am also equally interested in insights and trend analysis.
