I am a leader in experience strategy, architecture, human-centered design, design thinking, design research, and experience measurement. I am an effective and skilled workshop facilitator, untying gnarly knots. I've been in consulting roles for legal publishing, consumer products, marketing communications, medical technology, banking, insurance, and more. I serve on the State of Minnesota's Technology Advisory Council, co-leading a subcommittee on Customer Experience. I love exploring the problem space, unearthing the real opportunity to be solved for humans.
