I’m a Human-Centered and Service Designer passionate about using design to drive social impact, improve experiences, and influence systems. I work full-time as a User Designer supporting behavior-focused and policy-driven solutions. Outside of work, I facilitate workshops and help teams apply Human-Centered Design and innovation tools to real-world challenges. With a background in strategy, research, and facilitation, I’m committed to making design more inclusive, impactful, and grounded in human needs.

I’m a Human-Centered and Service Designer with a focus on creating thoughtful, research-driven solutions that improve user experiences and drive meaningful impact. In my full-time role as a User Designer, I have worked closely with behavior scientists and policy teams to design digital tools, services, and interventions that influence behavior, enhance usability, and support systemic change. My work often involves deep user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and designing strategies that make complex systems more intuitive and responsive to human needs.Outside of my day job, I also work as a freelance facilitator and design strategist—leading workshops and collaborative sessions focused on Human-Centered Design, Service Design, and innovation. I help teams explore challenges, build internal capacity, and co-create solutions through hands-on, engaging learning experiences. My approach blends empathy, strategy, and systems thinking. I’m especially interested in using design to influence public systems, shift mindsets, and foster innovation within organizations and communities. Whether I’m mapping user journeys for a digital platform or facilitating a strategy workshop, I aim to make design inclusive, actionable, and grounded in real-world impact.I’m always open to collaborating on projects that prioritize people, challenge assumptions, and create space for new possibilities.

I am an AuDHD civil-social engineer with 15+ years of experience designing human-centered systems, mutual aid networks, and low-cost social infrastructures that strengthen community resilience. Communities already possess the capacity to self-organize, care for one another, and distribute responsibility, so long as they are given social environments that make those behaviors intuitive.

Currently working as a Freelance Health and Medical Content Writer, but keen to diversify into other areas of interest and expand . Aside from writing, I am hugely passionate about conducting research (for example, scholarly, qualitative, and quantitative), as well as generally delving into topics surrounding physiology and human behaviour. Interests have expanded into design from various perspectives, including visual, industrial, interior, spatial, and architectural. My ultimate goal is to combine my passion for health and wellness with design, in some capacity. I am also equally interested in insights and trend analysis.
