Zach Hill

I'm a design strategist with 10 years of experience helping enterprise teams and mission-driven organizations translate complex challenges into meaningful outcomes across UX, brand, and service design.Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional workshops, developed design strategies, and built repeatable processes that align teams, elevate research, and bring clarity to execution. Working inside large, constrained environments has taught me the importance of operational thinking , not just great ideas, but the systems and rituals that make those ideas work across teams.Now, I’m leaning deeper into design operations, service design, and program management, where I can help design teams scale their impact through stronger workflows, team enablement, and strategic alignment. In Fall 2025, I’ll begin my graduate studies in Design & Innovation at CSUN, furthering my passion for design thinking, facilitation, and design education.I’m especially excited by projects that sit at the intersection of people, process, and product, and where design is seen not just as a function or a producer of artifacts, but a strategic partner to a business and organization.
